Romark Logistics wanted a more efficient approach to inventory counting that could operate without disrupting day-to-day workflows. The third-party logistics provider, or 3PL, chose the DexoryView platform to enhance inventory management at its site in Hazelton, Pa.

Founded in 1954, Romark Logistics said it offers custom solutions to meet its clients’ needs and stay ahead of evolving market demands. The Westfield, N.J.-based company provides expertise in distribution, fulfillment, transportation, industrial real estate, and consulting as it integrates technologies and optimizes efficiency.

Romark needed consistent and accurate inventory visibility in its a fully racked warehouse of high-volume confectionary products. The technology from Dexory Inc. builds on the company’s prior automation and marks the next step in its inventory management strategy, it said.

DexoryView introduces an integrated approach to inventory

Dexory said its DexoryView full-stack data-intelligence platform combines autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), AI, and digital twins. “The product captures and analyzes operational data to deliver accurate, real-time insights and intelligence across warehouse environments,” it asserted.

The Nashville-based company listed DexoryView capabilities and benefits:

  • Actionable intelligence: The platform’s AI-powered digital twin technology provides accurate, continuously updated inventory insights, supporting more informed decision-making across the facility.
  • Zero disruption to live operations: AMRs can perform inventory checks between shifts, completing multiple aisles per day without pausing automated guided vehicle (AGV) operations or removing equipment from active workflows.
  • Faster cycle counts: What once required extensive manual labor is now completed within a defined shift window, freeing teams to focus on high-value tasks like discrepancy resolution, process improvement, and inventory optimization.

Dexory added that it designs, builds and deploys its hardware and software directly to customers to ensure control over data quality, system performance, and reliability. DexoryView integrates with existing warehouse operations to improve inventory accuracy, reduce errors, and optimize space utilization.

3PLs including GXO, DHL, and NFI, as well as manufacturers such as Stellantis, Samsung, and GE Appliances, use DexoryView. The company also cited customers across retail, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce.

Romark sees results

Romark Logistics said its collaboration with Dexory aligns with its focus on innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement across its network.

“Dexory enables us to validate inventory quickly without disrupting our automated operations,” said Kevin Gamber, associate director of automation at Romark. “We can complete cycle counts more efficiently within our existing shift structure, allowing our team to focus on resolving discrepancies and improving overall inventory accuracy.”

The partnership is structured to support long-term growth, with a pathway to expand DexoryView across additional facilities and to further develop and optimize warehouse operations.

“Logistics providers are increasingly looking to technology to build more resilient and adaptable operations,” stated Oana Jinga, co-founder and chief commercial and product officer at Dexory. “This deployment enables Romark Logistics to embed real-time cycle count data into warehouse operations at a much faster pace, supporting more informed decision-making and continuous improvement over time.”
