Geekplus Technology Co. has announced its unaudited interim results for the first six months of the year, ended June 30, 2025. Beijing-based Geek+ reported that its revenue increased by 31% year over year, totaling RMB 1.025 billion, or $143.5 million U.S.
Gross profit rose by 43.1% year over year to RMB 360 million ($50.4 million), said Geek+. Gross margin improved to 35.1%. The adjusted net loss narrowed by 94.0% to RMB 11.9 million ($1.7 million), the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) vendor noted.
Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) turned positive to RMB 11.62 million ($1.6 million). This is an improvement from a negative RMB 169.83 million ($23.8 million) in the same period last year. Geek+ said this indicates a fundamental enhancement in profitability from last year.
Founded in 2015, the company said that more than 800 customers use its AMRs to improve the flexibility, reliability, and efficiency of their supply chains. It was recognized with a 2025 RBR50 Robotics Innovation Award for the deployment of its SkyCube automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) with Unliver PLC.
Geek+ was recently listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. (HKEX).
Geek+ sees growth outside of mainland China
Geek+ said its order revenue increased 30.1% year-over-year to RMB 1.760 billion ($246.4 million). This included a single order exceeding RMB 100 million ($14 million).
Revenue from outside mainland China accounted for 79.5% of the total, which the company attributed to its successful global strategy, while its international business achieved a gross margin of 46.2%.
Geek+ has worked in recent months to grow its European presence. In June 2025, warehouse automation integrator Logistex announced plans to deploy 165 robots at Yusen Logistics’ distribution center in Northampton, U.K.
A month later, Hunkemöller deployed more than 150 P800 AMRs, 30 picking stations, 738 racks, and four putaway stations.
Just last week, AS Watson Group expanded its partnership with Geek+. Watson Group said it is deploying an extensive order-fulfillment system in the Benelux.
Geek+ said it serves over 65 Forbes Global 500 companies and has a total of over 850 end customers, with a customer repurchase rate exceeding 80%. The company also said it added over 60 new customers, making significant progress in the grocery retail, food, and beverage industries.
In the future, Geek+ said it plans to focus on four key areas:
- Embodied intelligence
- Global market expansion
- Environmental, social, and governance (ESG)-driven sustainable development
- Talent development
