Robot fleets continue to scale in warehouses worldwide. Hai Robotics Co. this week said that more than 10,000 HaiClimber robots have been contracted for customer projects, marking a significant step in the HaiPick system’s commercial growth.

“Reaching 10,000 robots is an important milestone, but what gives us greater confidence is what happens after go-live,” stated Richie Chen, founder and CEO of Hai Robotics. “Eight customers have expanded their existing systems or selected HaiPick Climb again for new projects.”

“Together, first-time selections and repeat investments show that customers are not only adopting the solution, but [also] choosing to grow with it,” he added. “That continued commitment speaks to confidence in its reliable operational performance, our ability to deliver consistently, and its capacity to support long-term growth.”

Founded in 2016, Hai Robotics said it is a global leader in automated case-handling mobile robots (ACRs) for flexible warehouse automation. The Shenzhen, China-based company said its modular picking systems combine robotics and software with nearly any industry-standard racking and storage infrastructure. This enables customers to increase storage density, improve operational efficiency, and scale automation, it claimed.

HaiPick usage continues to climb

Since its global introduction last year, customers have chosen HaiPick Climb for projects in 12 countries. Hai Robotics said the system‘s growing customer base includes ANTA, Panasonic, Arvato, ITOCHU, METTLER TOLEDO and True Protein, spanning industries such as apparel, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, automotive, grocery, and consumer electronics.

Hai Robotics asserted that HaiPick Climb reflects its commitment to reliability. The company began development in 2022, followed by several years of engineering validation and refinement. To support long-term stability, Hai subjects critical mechanisms to full-lifecycle endurance and aging testing as part of its product-validation process.

The company said it has continued to add features and enhancements to HaiPick Climb based on experience across different warehouse environments, order profiles,and business requirements. In parallel, experience gained from live customer projects has strengthened delivery practices, supporting consistent implementation and dependable day-to-day operations, said Hai Robotics.

Customers choose Hai Robotics for reliability

The experience from live projects has brought customers greater certainty for introducing automation into their core warehouse operations, according to Hai Robotics. It said HaiPick Climb can adapt to evolving workflows and operational requirements while supporting stable fulfillment performance and future system expansion.

“In a market where demand, order profiles and sales channels can change quickly, flexibility is essential,” said Zhang Yu, CEO of ITOCHU Logistics (China). “We needed automation that could support our core operations without locking the warehouse into a fixed model. HaiPick Climb allows us to expand and adapt our operations as the business evolves.”

As HaiPick Climb reaches more markets and operational environments, Hai Robotics said it plans to continue turning project experience into higher reliability, stronger delivery standards, and stable long-term performance for customers worldwide.
