Hillman and Element Logic work closely on new facility

Founded in 1964, Hillman has grown into a leading provider of hardware-related products and solutions to customers across North America. As the Cincinnati-based company planned for its new distribution center, it sought a partner capable of supporting the project, from concept through implementation.

Hillman chose Element Logic for its experience delivering complex automation projects and its collaborative approach to solution development. Since the earliest stages of facility planning, the companies’ teams have jointly developed an approach aligned with Hillman’s business objectives and operational requirements.

“The Hillman Group is proud to reach this milestone and appreciates the strong partnership with Element Logic,” said Jon Michael Adinolfi, president and CEO of Hillman. “This new facility represents an important step forward for our business and reflects years of thoughtful planning and collaboration. We look forward to continuing our work with Element Logic as the project moves into its next phase.

New facility to include integrated automation

The facility will incorporate a range of automation and material-handling technologies to support distribution operations, with Element Logic serving as Hillman’s integration and implementation partner throughout the project.

Hillman and Element Logic spent more than two years bringing together expertise from their operations, engineering, project management, and supply chain teams. Throughout the project, both organizations said they have focused on partnership, transparency, and accountability. This created a foundation for long-term collaboration as the facility moves from planning into construction and implementation.

“Reaching this milestone is the result of tremendous collaboration between our teams,” said Shannan Newsome, senior vice president of sales at Element Logic. “Over the past two years, we’ve built a strong working relationship with Hillman based on trust, shared goals, and a commitment to delivering the project successfully. We’re proud to celebrate this moment together and look forward to the next phase of the journey.”
