HyperLeap, a logistics robotics developer, announced its official entry into the North American market with a launch event this week at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley.
At the event, the company launched its flagship HyperSort Flexible Robotic Sorting Solution and the HyperWall Node Series.
As part of its global expansion, HyperLeap is pursuing early-stage cooperation with logistics integrators and channel partners across North America. It is targeting operations seeking to reduce peak-season labor costs while maximizing flexibility and space efficiency.
Founded in 2024, HyperLeap said it has developed flexible, modular systems for warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.
Earlier this year, the Suzhou, China-based company made its European debut at Logimat in Stuttgart, Germany. It plans to showcase its robots at ProMat 2027, inviting partners to its booth for collaboration talks and early-bird pricing.
HyperSort builds like blocks to scale on demand
HyperLeap said it engineered HyperSort to be a truly modular sorting ecosystem. Each functional unit – from robotic picking arm and sortation systems to the putwall – is designed to be assembled like building blocks, claimed the company.
This enables warehouses of any size to construct their ideal sorting line without heavy customization or facility modification, according to HyperLeap.
The system also comes with plug-and-play assembly, with no complex engineering required. The company said this allows for rapid deployment within one to two weeks.
The loading station, sorting robots, and robotic putwalls can be added or removed without stopping operations, adapting to seasonal spikes or business changes, it asserted. The company added that one sorting system can support more than 1,000 sorting destinations, fully utilizing vertical space to maximize throughput per square foot.
In addition, HyperSort features an arc turning and dual-flap design for greater sorting efficiency and accuracy up to 99.99%. The automation includes an AI-powered vision system for real-time jams and overflow prevention.
HyperLeap builds HyperWall Node compact for fulfillment
HyperLeap said its HyperWall Node, HyperLeap is built light and compact for workstation flexibility and ease of use. Each unit installs in under 10 minutes and is ready to operate after basic wiring, it said.
The system supports unlimited chute quantities and sizes and is compatible with multiple tote dimensions. It has a zero-threshold interface with API integration, direct order import, and an ergonomic height-adjustable screen.
The HyperWall Node also comes with an optional AI vision system with image capture and archiving for complete dispute resolution.
